Sit longest with the second one, about the moment you noticed something and talked yourself out of it. Then pray the prayer on that page. It is short. Say it slowly.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"step\">\n      <span class=\"when\">Tomorrow morning<\/span>\n      <p>Read Chapter 2, pages 10 to 14, and do the Scorecard Shift exercise at the end. It swaps the questions you inherited from church and family for the ones Scripture actually asks. This is usually where things start to click.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p class=\"only\">That is your first 24 hours. Nothing else.
